Recipe for Blueberry Loaf

Ingredients

• 2 Clarence Court Burford Brown eggs
• 1/2 cup softened butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups white flour
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp cardamom (optional)
• 1 cup Greek style plain yoghurt
• 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 lemon (zest and juice)
• 1 1/2 cups of blueberries
