- 1 ⅔ cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp ground Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup SOOC Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 4 Bananas, very ripe and mashed
- 2 Tbsps Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ⅔ cup Walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
