Ingredients: 1kg drumsticks; ½ teaspoon salt; ½ teaspoon pepper; 1 tablespoon lemon juice; 2 tablespoons oil; 1 teaspoon ground ginger; 4 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce; 4 tablespoons soy sauce; 4 tablespoons bbq sauce; 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar; 2 tablespoons honey; 1 teaspoon chilli powder; 1. Cook chicken till just done in oil, lemon, ginger, salt and pepper.; 2. Boil sauce ingredients till thickened and coats chicken well. Use remainder sauce to serve as dipping sauce.; 3. Garnish with chopped spring onions & serve with fries or egg fried
