Chocolate-dipped strawberry trifle

Ingredients

• 200 gram mascarpone
• 2 egg yolks
• 50 gram sugar
• 200 millilitre cream, whipped
• 1 orange, zest
• 200 gram 70% cocoa chocolate
• 1 punnet strawberries, hulled and cut into quarters - leave 4 quarters with the hull on, to garnish
• 150 gram sponge fingers or sponge cake cut into, fingers shaped to width of serving glasses
• 100 millilitre limoncello
• 2 tablespoon chopped pistachios
• 4 pieces biscotti
