Ingredients

• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1 1/4 cups divided, plus 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup plus 6 tablespoons for the chocolate layer Butter
• 12 (1 oz) squares divided semisweet chocolate
• 5 large 2 for the chocolate layer and 3 for the cheesecake layer eggs
• 3 tablespoons divided, 2 for chocolate layer and 1 for cheesecake layer all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup caramel syrup
• 1 (16.5 oz) package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
• 2 (8 oz) packages softened cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup Sour cream
• 4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
