- 1 packet Kefir Soda Starter (or ½ cup Kefir Whey)
- 2 cups Pear juice (Store bought)
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze (or vinegar)
- Water, spring or filtered with minerals (lightly filtered or spring)
