• Extra virgin olive oil
• ground black pepper
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 bunch of chives, chopped
• 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
• 2 green and 2 red jalapeños, sliced
• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, or more as needed
