Ingredients
- 150 g plain flour – sieved
- 50 g coco powder – sieved (or all flour for plain waffles)
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 g light brown sugar (Caster is also fine)
- 25 g grated dark chocolate ( (omit for plain) )
- 250 ml any milk ((the fuller the fatter the better!))
- 75 g butter – melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 whole eggs medium egg whites ((or large are fine))
- (separated) medium egg yolks
