Black Bean Brownies - Ontario Bean Growers

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup all-purpose flour (150 mL)
• Pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder( 2 mL)
• 1/2 cup cocoa (125 mL)
• 1/2 cup margarine (125 mL)
• 1 1/2 cups sugar (375 mL)
• 1 cup black beans, cooked or canned, drained and rinsed (250 mL)
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla (5 mL)
