Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour

• ½ cup (1 stick) of cold, unsalted butter
• 4-6 tablespoons of ice-cold water
• 2 cups of cooked and mashed sweet potatoes (about 2 large sweet potatoes)
• ½ cup of granulated sugar
• ½ cup of brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 can (12 oz) of evaporated milk
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
• ¼ teaspoon of ground cloves
• A pinch of salt
