Ingredients

• 1 cup Zymil Thickened Cream
• 1 cup Zymil Low Fat Milk
• 4 skinless chicken breasts cut into 3 cm strips
• 0 Salt & pepper
• 1 cup plain flour
• 7 tbsp olive oil
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 long red chilli, finely diced
• 1 large brown onion, finely diced
• 4 rashers of rindless shortcut bacon, cut into 1 cm cubes
• 300 g sliced brown mushrooms
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp plain flour
• 3 cup chicken stock
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
