Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef (80/20 or 85/15 - either is fine)
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
• 1 egg beaten
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 3 tablespoons salted butter
• 8 ounces sliced button mushrooms (about 10 or 12 mushrooms)
• 1 cup diced onion
• 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
• 3 cups beef broth (low sodium is best)
• salt and pepper to taste
• 4 sandwich rolls
• chopped parsley, garnish (optional)
