Ingredients: 1 large Ocean Mist Farms artichoke, finely chop & cooked (artichoke stem, heart and crown set aside for bread; save cooked petals for healthy snacking); 4 cups all-purpose flour; 6 Tbsp. sugar; 1 tsp. baking soda; 2 tsp. salt; 1/4 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces; 1-3/4 cup buttermilk; 1 large egg; 3 Tbsp. fresh orange zest; 1 cup golden raisins, tossed with a a little all purpose flour
