• 1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
• Cooking spray
• FOR THE BREAD:
• 3/4 Cup butter, at room temperature
• 3 large eggs
• 3 Cups sugar
• 2 Cups mashed very ripe bananas (about 6 small bananas)
• 15 oz. Supremo® Mexican Style Crema from V&V SUPREMO®
• 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
• 2 tsp. cinnamon, ground
• 3 tsp. baking soda
• 4 1/2 Cups flour
• 1 Cup walnuts, chopped
• 1 Tbsp. flour (to dust the walnuts)
