• Cooking oil spray or grease for the pan
• 2 cups of frozen tater tots
• 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
• 1 cup of macaroni pasta (elbow shape)
• 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 1/2 pound of ground beef
• Salt and black pepper, as much as you like
• 2 tablespoons of plain flour
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 cup of milk
• 2 tablespoons of ketchup
• 1/4 cup of diced pickles
