Slow Cooker Marry Me Chicken Stew | Bored of Lunch

Ingredients

• 4-5 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
• 3-4 chicken breasts
• 1.2L chicken stock
• 400ml (one tin) passata
• 1 tbsp red pesto
• 1 tsp garlic puree
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp cajun
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp thyme
• 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
• 250ml double cream (or cream cheese)
• Handful of sundried tomatoes
• Handful of basil (or spinach)
• 1-2 tbsp parmesan
