Orange And Rooibos Cake recipe by Faadila Naveed Ahmad

Ingredients

• 3 eggs seperate whites and yolks
• ¼ cup orange juice
• ½ cup rooibos tea
• Add
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 egg yolks
• ½ cup oil
• 30g melted butter
• 1 cup flour
• Pinch salt
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 rooibos tea bag grind the tea leaves and add
• Add ⅓ of egg whites and fold in.
• Add the remaining egg white and fold.
• 1 ½ cup icing sugar
• 1 - 2 tablespoon orange juice
• 1 tablespoon orange zest
