Ingredients

• 1 kg Licious Chicken Curry Cut
• 1 cup Yoghurt (whisked)
• cup ½ghee
• 1 cup ⅓chopped onions
• 3 tbsp Chopped Garlic
• 5 tbsp chopped ginger
• 6 deseeded and chopped chillies
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp roasted kasoori methi
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
• Salt - to taste
• 5 pods of green cardamom
• 1 pod black cardamom
• 1- inch stick cinnamon
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 mace flower
