- 1 L whole milk
- 6 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 7 tbsp orange juice (freshly squeezed from about 1 orange)
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 350 g flour
- 300 g Blueberries
- A bit of butter for the pan
- 3 eggs
- ¾ dl lemon juice (freshly squeezed from about 2 lemons)
- ¾ tsp lemon zest (freshly grated from about 1 lemon)
- 130 g sugar
- 50 g butter
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 dl heavy whipping cream
- 225 g dark chocolate
