• 1 Med Sweet onion, thinly sliced Red or white onion ok too
• 2 teaspoons Pancake syrup (can be light) Optional
• 4 Slices Bread or choice Or tortilla
• 3 Oz Lean ham, thinly sliced Honey ham or maple or other
• 2 tablespoons Whipped cream cheese (Can use light cream cheese)
• 1/2 C Gruyere,shredded,firmly packed
