Ingredients: 4 ounces butter, softened; 1 cup + 2 tablespoons brown sugar; 1 cup granulated sugar; 3 large eggs; 3/4 teaspoon vanilla; 3/4 teaspoon corn syrup; 2 teaspoons baking soda; 1 1/2 cups natural peanut butter, smooth or chunky; 3 cups oats (gluten-free if desired); 3/4 cup plain M & M’s + 1/2 cup more for topping; 3/4 cup chocolate chips; 1/4 cup butterscotch chips (optional but delicious)
