Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Sea salt
- black pepper
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced on the diagonal
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced small
- 1 small green or red (or half of both) head of cabbage, shredded
- optional: chopped fresh herbs such as dill, parsley, chives, tarragon
