- 100g Unsalted butter
- softened
- 2 tbsp Carnation Caramel
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 320g Pre-rolled sheet of puff pastry
- For the topping:
- 1 Small egg
- beaten
- 2 tbsp Icing sugar
- You will also need: A baking tray lined with baking parchment
