• 3 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
• 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons MCCORMICK All Natural Vanilla Extract
• 1 teaspoon MCCORMICK Black Food Color
• 4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
• 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
• 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons meringue powder
• 3 tablespoons warm water
• 1 teaspoon MCCORMICK All Natural Vanilla Food Extract
• 1/2 cup mini candy-coated chocolate pieces
