• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup salad oil
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 4 cups flour
• 4 T. flour, heaping
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
