Chocolate Exquisite Cookies - Cooperative Living

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 2 ½ cups oatmeal, blended (measure first, and then blend into fine powder)
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 12 oz. chocolate chips
• 9 oz. of Hershey bar, grated
• 1 ½ cups pecans, chopped
