• 1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (or use all purpose)
• 1/2 cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
