I usually make banana bread out of necessity most of the time simply because I watch bananas almost getting overripe at the kitchen counter and just because you also don't like seeing the fruit flies...
Ingredients
- 4 medium size very ripe bananas
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil/melted butter
- 1 cup mala/ yoghurt
- 3/4 tsps baking soda
- 1 tsp 1.5 baking powder
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch salt
- Nuts for sprinkling on top
