Idahoan Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup warm water
• 1 tablespoon active, dry yeast
• 1 (4 oz) package of dry garlic flavored mashed potatoes or 1/2 cup left over mashed potatoes seasoned with garlic.
• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 3/4 cup cool water
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1-1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
• Toppings:
• Diced ham, pepperoni, sausage, hamburger, pineapple chunks, green pepper, onion or extra cheese
