Maple walnut vinaigrette recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
• 1 Tablespoon celery leaves, chopped
• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 1 Tablespoon shallots, minced
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
• 1/2 cup cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup walnut oil
• 1-1/2 cups salad oil
• salt and pepper to taste
