Saucy Orange Spice Chicken recipe by Sumayah

Ingredients

• 2-3 chicken fillets cubed
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 2 teaspoons red ginger garlic masala
• ½ teaspoon chillie powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons orange pepper spice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 3 tablespoons tomato purée
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons orange spice
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons double cream yogurt
• Add to chicken. Serve with rice
