Oatmeal, nuts & dried fruit cookies - Cassis Monna & Filles

Ingredients

• 180g of butter
• 2 cups of brown sugar
• 1 tbsp of vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 3 cups of oatmeal
• 3ml of baking soda
• 1 ½ cup of flour
• 1 cup of black currants, cranberries and raisins (mixed)
• 1/2 a cup of minced walnuts
• 2/3 of minced almonds
