Tikka Masala – Three Stone Farm

Ingredients

• 1 ½ lbs Chicken or Lamb
• ½ cup Plain Yogurt
• 6 tbsp Tikka Paste
• 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
• 3 Onions (Chopped)
• 1 cup Bell Peppers (Coarse chop)
• 3 Garlic Cloves
• 14 oz Tomatoes (Crushed)
• 1 tbsp Hot Pepper Flakes
• 1 tsp Cumin (Whole)
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• ½ cup Cilantro (Coarse chop - for garnish)
