Hawaiian Detroit Style Pizza | Growing Chefs! Ontario

Ingredients

• 1 ball Detroit style pizza dough (see recipe)
• 2 cups pineapple, cut into 1 centimetre cubes
• 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
• 2 cups ham, cut into 1 centimetre cubes
• 1 pound bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces
• 2 cups San Marzano tomatoes, crushed
• 1 garlic clove, finely minced
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 1/2 cups cubed mozzarella cheese
• olive oil
• salt to taste
