Ingredients

• 2 cups (480 ml) strong, hot brewed coffee (preferably Irish coffee blend)
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Irish whiskey (such as Jameson)
• 2 teaspoons (10 g) brown sugar (or more to taste)
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream (not whipped)
• Freshly grated nutmeg (optional, for garnish)
