Simple mug cake - Salzburger Getreidemühlen

Ingredients

• 2 mugs of whole grain flour (freshly ground with a Salzburg grain mill)
• 1 package baking powder
• 1 mug of grated nuts (for example hazelnuts)
• ¾ mug of sugar (or an alternative such as birch sugar)
• 1 ½ mugs of plant-based ‘milk’
• ½ mug of oil
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 mug of whole grain flour (freshly ground with a Salzburg grain mill)
• 3 eggs
• 1 mug of sour cream
