Ingredients

• 1 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter baking blend
• 1/2 cup organic cane sugar
• 1/4 cup molasses
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon,ground
• 2 tsp ginger, ground
• 1 tsp allspice
• 3 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1-2 Tbsp skim milk
• Few drops of food coloring, as desired
• 30 jumbo marshmmallows
• sprinkles
