Ingredients

• 2 oz The Great Gentleman Watermelon & Hibiscus
• 1 ½ oz Cirka Chili Vodka
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• 1 ½ oz watermelon purée
• 1 oz simple syrup (infused with fresh cilantro if possible)
• Sea salt and toasted sesame seeds
• Bouquet of fresh coriander
• 3-4 pieces of honeydew melon
