Peach Riesling Jam is so tasty that everyone will want a jar. Made with fresh peaches, sugar, Riesling Wine and pectin and some invested time worth while.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups peaches (well mashed)
- 1 1/2 tbsp pectin
- 1 1/3 Tbsp Fruit Fresh (To perserve peach colors)
- 1/3 cup Riesling Wine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 sheet paper towel (to wipe rims of filled jars)
