Ingredients

• 6 franks cut into 1 inch pieces
• 1 medium onion thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
• 1/2 med green pepper diced (about 1/3 cup)
• 2 cups Minute Rice
• 1/4 c bacon drippings or butter
• 2 cups hot water
• 2 cans (8oz each) tomato sauce
• 1 t salt
• dash of pepper
• 1/2 t prepared mustard(optional)
