• 4 cups green cabbage chopped
• parmigiano reggiano cheese rind, 3-inch chunk, optional
• 2 medium zucchini 1 lb, cut into bite-sized cubes
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs soft, optional
• 1/2 cup buoyant parsley chopped
• grated Parmesan cheese for serving
