Smoked Queso Dip

Ingredients

• 1/4 teaspoon cumin
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• 1 pound Velveeta Queso Blanco
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
• 7 ounces chopped green chiles
• 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
• 1 pound breakfast sausage
• 10 ounces Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
• 1/2 - 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
