Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground chuck
• 1/8 cup Colavito Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/8 cup Sutter Home Merlot
• 1 teaspoon Course Ground Pepper
• 1 large or 2 small California Avocados
• Juice of one 1 large Lemon
• 1 slice of Vidalia Onion chopped
• 2 Tablespoons Fresh Style Mild Salsa
• 1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• ½ package Taco Seasoning
• 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
• 6 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 large Sweet Vidalia Onion, sliced in ¼ inches slices and brushed with 3 Tablespoons of Colavito Extra Virgin Olive Oil (plus 1 small Vidalia Onion for Guacamole)
• 8 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeno (or if not available other Monterey Jack Pepper cheese)
• 6 Hearty White Sandwich Roll or other large soft style bun
• 3 Tablespoons Butter (softened)
