Ingredients: 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour; 2 1/4 cups sugar; 1/2 cup powdered oreo cookies (Separate the oreos and throw the "non-creamy" sides in a blender until you have a powdered form); 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder; 1/2 cup light olive oil; 2 large eggs; 1 cup full fat milk; 1 cup water; 2 tbsp vanilla extract; 1 1/2 tsp baking powder; 1 1/2 tsp baking soda; A pinch of cinnamon powder; 1 cup softened unsalted butter; 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar; 1/2 cup cocoa powder (you can add more if you want a stronger chocolate flavor); 1/2 cup powdered oreo cookies (made the same way as above); 1/4 tsp salt; 1 tbsp vanilla extract; 1 tsp almond extract; 1/4 cup heavy cream + few additional tablespoons to reach the consistency you require
