• 2 cups Sugar
• 2 large Eggs
• 2 sticks Margarine, kept at room temperature
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Potato Starch
• 1½ cup Matzo Cake Meal
• 1 large tbsp Fresh Orange Juice
• 6 to 7 oz Chocolate Chips
