California Dreamsicle Soda with Cream Cheese Whip - CMAB Foodservice

Ingredients

• Whip the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk with a handheld mixer or Kitchenaid until very smooth.
• Slowly drizzle in the milk.
• In a separate bowl, beat the whipping cream until medium peaks have formed.
• Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until thoroughly combined and foamy. The mixture should be pourable. Thin mixture with more milk, if necessary, to achieve consistency.
• Gradually add salt to taste. Reserve in the fridge to spoon on top of chilled drinks
• Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice until glass 3/4 full.
• Pour in the syrup.
• Pour in the club soda.
• Pour in the heavy cream.
• Top with Cream Cheese Whip.
• Add a straw and garnish as desired.
