Noodles with chicken (chow mein)

Ingredients

• 1 onion sliced in rings
• 2 red peppers sliced in thin sticks
• 2 yellow peppers sliced in thin sticks
• 2 small, fresh onions sliced in rings
• Some ginger sliced in rings
• 1 tablespoon of honey
• 1 cup soya sauce
• 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
• 2 spoons of rice vinegar
• 1 tablespoon of Corn Flour dissolved in some water
