walnut scones | Crumbs on Travel

Ingredients

• 300 gr walnut meal
• 25 gr coconut flour
• pinch sea salt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp bourbon vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 60 ml maple syrup (or raw honey)
• 3 tbsp coconut oil
• strawberry jam ((or any other you like))
