- 2 cups Splenda® French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
- 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus more for garnish
- 1 cup low-fat whipped topping
