- 3 T Coconut Flour
- 1 Egg
- 3 T Grated Romano or Manchego Cheese
- ⅛ t Garlic Powder
- ¼ t Parsley Flakes
- ⅛ t Paprika
- Sea salt to tastes (romano is a salty cheese so be careful)
